Timeframe
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Refunds
If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has been processed or shipped, the standard return and refund policy will apply.
