If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to start the return process. We will do our best to address the issue and either provide a replacement or initiate a refund.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged other than physical/accidental damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
