Holostick Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing Holostick! We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product and excellent service. This limited warranty covers your Holostick device for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in your Holostick device, we will either:

Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replace the product if the repair is not possible.

Exclusions from Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts, or mishandling.
Water damage to any part of the device.
Damage to electronic components due to improper use or exposure to liquid or moisture.
Damage due to unauthorized disassembly or repairs by a third party or an unauthorized service center.
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading caused by normal wear and tear.

Handling Accidental and Water Damage

If your Holostick device is damaged due to accidents or water exposure, you can request a replacement or repair at your cost. Customers will be charged only for the replacement parts required to fix the damage. The process is as follows:

Contact our customer support to arrange for a repair or replacement.
Ship the product to our service center in fragile packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Pay for a one-time shipping cost to the service center.
We will assess the damage and provide a repair/replacement quote, which will cover the cost of the damaged parts.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our designated service center for any repairs or replacements. The product must be securely packed in fragile packaging to prevent further damage. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to our service center.
Voiding of Warranty

The warranty will be considered void if:

The product has been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than our authorized service centers or personnel.
Unauthorized modifications or alterations are made to the product.

In the case of any violation of these terms, we reserve the right to refuse warranty claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this limited warranty:

Contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
If the issue falls under the warranty coverage, we will provide instructions for shipping the product to our service center.
